My name is Kerry H. Collins. I am a proud Trial Lawyer. I am a Board Certified Personal Injury Trial Attorney and have been Board Certified since 1991 by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. I have had tremendous success in recovering money damages for persons injured by the negligence of others.

Elizabeth

Elizabeth’s legal career is built on a deep commitment to justice, advocacy, and public service. She is a mother, veteran, attorney, and lifelong Fort Worth resident with a strong record of service — in the military, the courtroom, and her community.

Elizabeth brings extensive legal experience in employment law, personal injury, and civil litigation. She represents employees in cases involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, employment contracts, and non-compete agreements. She also handles personal injury claims and civil litigation, bringing strategic insight and a client-centered approach to every case. Her clients value her honest guidance and tenacity in achieving the best possible outcomes.

A U.S. Army veteran, Elizabeth was deployed to Iraq in 2005. Her military service instilled in her a lasting dedication to service and fighting for the rights of others.

After her service, Elizabeth earned both a Bachelor’s degree and Master’s in City and Regional Planning from the University of Texas at Arlington, followed by her law degree from Texas A&M School of Law, where she served on the Property Law Journal.

Since 2021, she has served on the Fort Worth City Council, bringing her commitment to justice and advocacy to public service.

Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys hiking, yoga, attending concerts and getting out to Big Bend National Park as often as possible.

Elva Bravo

For over 37 years, Elva Bravo has been the heart of our legal team — and today, she brings that wealth of experience to her role as Office Manager and Paralegal at The Law Office of Kerry H. Collins. She is known not only for her extensive industry knowledge and organizational skill but also for her unwavering commitment to exceptional client service.

Elva takes pride in being a reliable point of contact for clients. Her goal is to ensure that every client feels informed, supported, and heard from the moment they walk through the door. She works closely with attorneys to manage case files, court schedules, and legal documentation — helping keep each case on track and every client’s needs front and center.

Outside of work, Elva leads a fulfilling personal life. She enjoys spending time with friends and family. Elva is married and the proud mother of two young men. A lifelong fan of the Green Bay Packers and Texas Rangers, Elva brings that same passion and loyalty to her work. She also cherishes time with friends and enjoys traveling annually with her close-knit group, creating unforgettable memories along the way.

Yulissa “Yuli” Solis

Legal Assistant and Marketing Coordinator

Yulissa “Yuli” Solis serves as a Legal Assistant and Marketing Coordinator, where she supports the firm’s legal team while helping expand the firm’s outreach through creative and engaging campaigns. She enjoys being part of a collaborative and supportive team environment and is passionate about continuing to grow her legal knowledge while assisting clients and colleagues alike.

Outside of the office, Yuli enjoys staying active through Pilates and spending time in the kitchen baking something sweet.

Risa

With over 40 years of experience in the insurance industry, Risa brings insider knowledge of claims handling, policy interpretation, and industry tactics. As a licensed Texas insurance adjuster, she knows how insurance companies operate — and uses that insight to help clients fight back and win fair results.

Risa is known for her meticulous attention to detail, commitment to fair outcomes, and ability to cut through red tape. Her experience gives our team an edge when challenging unfair denials and pushing for the results our clients deserve. Outside of work, Risa enjoys gardening, cheering on the Dallas Cowboys, and spending time with her family — her greatest source of inspiration and joy.
